Luther Vandross Biopic Never Too Much in the Works

The documentary feature Luther: Never Too Much will be screened in UK and Irish cinemas on Thursday, January 30, for one night only.

Directed by award-winning filmmaker Dawn Porter, Luther: Never Too Much tells the story of a true vocal powerhouse.

Drawing from a rich archive of rarely seen footage, the film allows Luther Vandross to share his own story, with contributions from some of his closest friends and collaborators including Mariah Carey, Dionne Warwick, Valerie Simpson, and Roberta Flack.

The documentary revisits the many remarkable moments of Vandross’ Grammy®-winning career while also exploring his personal life, health battles, and his lifelong pursuit of recognition for his artistry.

Directed and executive produced by Dawn Porter, Luther: Never Too Much is produced by Trish D Chetty and Ged Doherty for Raindog Films, Jamie Foxx and Datari Turner for Foxxhole Productions, and Leah Smith for Trilogy Films.
